About

Courageous Conversations, Compassionate Healing

Are you ready to unlock the door to your best self? I have over 20 years of experience in clinical practice working with people of all ages. I use practical, interactive, and person-centered guidance for those who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns and are ready to improve their relationship with their self. I am here to support both the client who is apprehensive about taking that first step as well as those ready to process in the first session. My clients share they can immediately sense my genuineness and warmth. You can expect me to listen but also to provide enhancing assignments in between sessions to help guide healing and furthering insight. I graduated from the University of Michigan School with a Master of Social Work Degree. I am a certified Level II Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). I am a member of NASW and am a Certified Tobacco Treatment Counselor. Before starting my private practice, I worked extensively in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings working with people of all ages. Why choose me? In addition to the typical therapeutic space, I offer the option of appointments in nature. Clients will have the opportunity to walk outside at a local nearby park. Although nature alone is not enough as a stand-alone method, it can deepen healing and anchor individuals on their lifelong journey of self-discovery. Many families are looking for stronger connections. I am here to help family members better understand each other, support one another, and work through difficult situations. I strongly believe meeting face to face is best for healing, however I also offer HIPAA complaint virtual sessions for those who are not able to meet in person.
